The first step to finding your new
home is to make contact with us
and tell us what you are looking for.

Registration is of course free and we
will only keep your details whilst you
are looking for a property.

Once you have registered we will
send details of properties that match
your requirements on a daily basis,
usually by email or text.

Register here and we will add to you
to our mailing list. We will send you flats and houses to rent in Bournemouth as they become available.

Nearly all of our viewings are
accompanied, we will agree a time
to meet at the office or outside the
property. A text message will be sent
to your mobile confirming the address.

Because many people are busy in
the daytime we will conduct viewings
at a time to suit you. Most evenings
we are able to show you around a
property until 7:00pm, we also
arrange viewings at weekends or

We try to keep our admin fees low
for most tenants the cost is £120
per person. This covers all of the cost
of moving in and there are no
additional charges for inventories or
credit searches.

Should you need a guarantor we
reserve the right to charge an
additional £60.

In nearly all of our properties
the rent is paid by standing order
on the same date every month.
We can probably arrange this so
the money leaves your bank
account, shortly after you get paid.

If you pay your rent by any
other way than standing order,
we may incur bank charges that will
be passed onto you the tenant.

Should you fall into arrears
or unable to pay your rent for
any reason on the agreed date.
Please let us know so we can warn
the landlord and work out how
and when you will pay the rent.

We have contractors for all most
everything, they will generally contact
you directly to arrange access and
provide a quote to repair or replace
the faulty item.

As a general rule if a landlord has
provided a piece of furniture or
service and it stops working then they
are responsible provided the tenant
has not broken it through misuse.

Tenants are expected to maintain
their properties to an acceptable
standard and to carry out the day
to day jobs, such as cleaning or

If at the end of the fixed term of
your contract you decide to leave,
please let us know in writing. So we
may advertise your property and
start the search for a new tenant.

If you are staying in the area let us
know and we will search for a new
property for you. We will not charge
you full administration fees for your
next home.

If the fixed term on you contract has
ended then you must give us a clear
months notice from the day your rent
