As the landlord you will be expected to perform or organise viewings. This way you can judge if the applicant is able to fit into your household.

This is also a chance to let them meet other residents at the property and perhaps for them to decide if your property is the one for them.

If after meeting the applicant you decide to go ahead, refer them back to our office and we will organise for the necessary references and ID checks to be done.

All applicants are properly referenced, in general we will ask for:

Inventory and contracts

We prepare a detailed inventory for each bedroom you are letting with us using a written document and a film to illustrate points.

We have prepared a special license agreement for you as a landlord this sets out the terms under what you expect of the lodger, how much rent they are expected to stay and there liability towards bills or cleaning etc.

You can include any house rules such as no smoking or stipulate where to keep push bikes etc

Our fee is fixed to the equivalent of one weeks rent + VAT, this includes:
