We ask you to either visit our shop in the triangle or complete on online registration form. This will help us to make sure we find the perfect property for you.

Registration is of course free and we will only keep your details whilst you are looking for a property.

Once you have registered we will send details of properties that match your requirements on a daily basis, usually by email or text.

Click here and we will add to you to our mailing list.

The landlord or one of the other people living in the property will meet you there and show you around.

They will answer any questions you have and you will be able to decide if it is the sort of place you want to live.

If you both agree to go ahead we will arrange the paperwork and moving in day.

We charge an administration fee of £60 to reference you and pass these details on to the landlord.

This fee is only paid once and is non-refundable should you decide not to rent the room.

Should you need a guarantor we reserve the right to charge an additional £60.
