Drawing up the tenancy agreement

Selecting the right type and length of agreement (AST) to suit your needs, this can be anything from 6 – 24 months or more.

Registering deposits

Under our rental collection and comprehensive management services, the deposit will be registered with depositprotection.com, a certificate produced and provided to both you and your tenants.

Organising electrical and gas inspections

Where instructed, we can arrange for the electrics and/or gas to be checked at your property. The gas certificate (gas safe) is an annual requirement.

Arrangement of an energy performance certificate (EPC)

Where instructed, Homes & Steeple will arrange for the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to be done.

Arranging an independent inventory

With a trusted list of independent inventory companies on hand, we can arrange, for an Inventory to be carried out.
